This was the digital platform that we had used throughout AS media and we first had to look at the difference between As and A2 media when it came to Key Media terms -
DuckDuckGo
This was the search engine that we used this was so there was an unfilled search not tailoring the search from previous search history compared to google this was useful in finding statistics about the audience -
Youtube
This was an important part toward the secondary research that we undertook by defining what the rap/hip hop genre was and finding out what the codes and conventions were within the music videos and making the comparison between performance and narrative videos seeing what was not only codes and conventions of the genre but looking at this for the different types videos -
YouTube for secondary research
An important part of the secondary research was finding out what audience were looking for in music videos so evaluated the comments sections noticing that edits and a showy video including flexing and latest trends. We used youtube because it has a wide variety of videos and audience. -
Microsoft Word
This was the program that was used before filming to create the scheduled and defining the roles in the group this gave us something to work off and set deadlines for filming. -
Whatsapp
Using Whatapp the whole time just to keep up with the group knowing timing dates and if either person had an idea for filming or Ancillary tasks -
Adobe spark
This was an app that was used for editing and producing videos having to create 2 30 second clips was useful as it gave the group a basic understanding of what it takes to create a video -
Interviews
Not only looking at the comment section on video we also conducted primary audience research this gave us opportunity to choice the question we wanted to find out about that would not commonly be found in the comments section of videos. We used the portable mic as it gave us the best sound quality while also being able to carry it around to get mix of different audiences. -

Canon Camera
This was the camera that we used though out our filming we used this camera because it is professional camera that would then give us the best quality when we were filming also choosing to use a free hand camera we did this because it allowed us to take different shots and give it a feel as if someone was following the artist around and wasn't too stiff while filming. -
Adobe Premiere Pro
Starting on post production learning how to use the tools that we knew would be needed as we didn't have all the footage this was learning how to do things such as cuts as this was needed for the quick cuts that were needed in the video. also Hand tool + Zoom + Select:basic tools were useful when zooming, moving and selecting tracks to edit and ensured that editing could be done -
Adobe After Effects
Adobe After Effects was used for the effects that we needed on our video including Spherical Blur and the flair effects it also created high quality video and gives it a more Professional look it also made the effects seem alive during the video. -
Adobe Premiere Pro
After collection of all video Premiere Pro was used to see where the videos fit in with the music and making the origination of all the video while taking out film that wasn't in place with other shots collected -

This was used to make the digipak allowed us to use different effects on the cover as it was the way that the artist is presented to the audience this was done by adding a blur effect plus using the RGB in the same way as in the video. -

This was the website that was used to create the website things that were important on the website was keeping the colour scheme red black and white to fit the rest of the task also making sure that every link on the website could be used and linked to another part of the website or to music -
