  • Period: 20 to 29

    Ages 20s

    During this time period it is good to be aware of your skin and hearing. If aware of the limit you would be able to hear and have a healthy skin care of a long period for your adult hood. It is also good to get enough sleep because they are the most needed around young 20s. Being active and outgoing can also help later on in life and can lead to a lower risk of consuming any type of drugs.
  • Period: 30 to 39

    Ages 30s

    Around this age, you are a more responsible and hard working adult in which already having a career. It is good to maintain your weight around this age. Your body tense to have a more harder time losing weight but if consistent around your 20s than it shouldn't be an issue. Same things at 20s you should try not getting involved with any type of drugs in which you still have a long life span. It is also good to reduce stress which can also help with a healthier diet.
  • Period: 40 to 49

    Ages 40s

    During this age stage it is good to prevent and be aware of any health problems such as diabetes, many types of cancers, and heart disease. It is also good to look into your families health history because genetic factors can play a big role around this age of life span. Be aware of blood pressure, blood glucose, anxiety and more.
  • Period: 50 to 59

    Ages 50s

    Around this time period you might experience financial and career struggles and possible children's moving out. It is still good to maintain a healthy weight and exercise regularly (at least 30 to 60 minutes a day). Your body may also replace muscle with fat and this happens because fat burns fewer calories than muscles. It is also good to do screening test and scans around this age.
  • Period: 60 to 69

    Ages 60s

    When aged in your 60s it is good to still maintain a healthy body and exercise regularly (about 30 minutes a day). This is also a stage in life when retirement is being applied. You should also eat the required food meals amount (Fiber, fruits, meats, etc.). Health care provider should be seen regularly and a lot more tests are required but long term wise (test every 5 or even 10 years).
