Brother Josefh and Jacques-Étienne Montgolfier, made the first hot air balloon when Josefh accidentaly started a small fire and a packet was on top of it and the package started floating a bit. They made one in Paris, France in June of 1783. It worked out nicely.

The first monoplane glider was made in England by Sir George Cayley. He made a modle plane some years bfore and then in 1853 he made a larger one which flew nicely.

Orville and Wilbur made the first moter with propeller in 1903. They made the moter and propeller by themself and flew the plane about 59 seconds and covered about 852 feet!
