Meeting my Bestfriends Brian and Isaac
On this day, I met my bestfriends that I still hang out with to this day. Our parents met each other when they were still pregnant with us, so once we were born, our parents put us together. Ever since that day, Brian and I still keep in touch every once in a while, but Isaac, once every 3 months or so. We also all go on vacation together. The last trip we went on was to Chicago for shopping and sight-seeing. -
Moving from Scarborugh to North York
I was born into a house in Scarborough and on this day, I moved to an apartment in North York. I lived there for 12 years until I moved to Richmond Hill. In North York, I made hundreds of friends and I still keep in touch with some of them. -
Sister's Birth
On this day, my sister was born. Her birth was a great impact in my life because it changed everything. I was a big brother on that day. Although I was only 3 years old back then, I knew I would have great responsibilities. -
First Soccer Goal
The summer of 2003 is when I first started playing soccer and my first soccer happened. I barely knew how to play soccer back then. All I knew was to kick the ball into the goal. I was also very scared of the ball when it comes up to me. But on this day, I accidentally kicked the ball really high in the air and it went into the net. Ever since this day, I discovered my passion to play soccer. I joined a rep team in North York 4 years later. Now I play for the school's team and outside leagues. -
First Track and Field Medal
I got second place in the city finals of TDSB for 100m when I was in grade 6. It's a big chunky medal with a blue ribbon. My personal best time back then was 12.33 seconds and that was the time I got at city finals. I didn't have a trainer or coach back then. I still do track and field and 100m to this day and my personal best right now is 11.77 seconds. I have a goal to go to at least centrals this year for 100m. -
CyberARTs Program
In grade 6, I applied to a CyberARTs program for grade 7 in the TDSB school board and was accepted. I had to go through an interview and answer several difficult questions. After 4-5 months, I had to leave the program because I was moving to Richmond Hill because the school was in Downtown. -
Moved to Richmond Hill
I moved to Richmond Hill shortly after I started school in the CyberARTs program. I continued to go to the school until winter break and I couldn't stand waking up at 5 AM just to go to school anymore because the school was in downtown. This move changed my whole life. I made a whole new group of friends in elementary school and I can't go out as often because there's practically no where to go to in Richmond Hill. -
First Day of Highshcool
First day of highschool made me realize time was going by. It made me realize that I'm growing up and my responsibilities are getting greater. I made a whole new different group of friends again. I stopped hanging out with my old elementary school friends because they all spread apart into different groups. School also got a lot more challenging, but it's just a part of growing up.
