  • Balance

“Finding a good balance between the two extremes of self-sufficiency and burnout is ideal” Being able to balance helping others and worry about yourself as well.
  • Asking

“Sometimes it can seem as difficult to ask for assistance as it is to offer assistance.” It is hard to ask sometimes because you don't want to bother someone or be rude. But if you do things on the regular for that person and do it politely the person will be more than happy to help.
  • Offering

“And sometimes it’s just a matter of thinking more about yourself than about others. We simply don’t think about offering assistance to others.” We need to think about others as we do ourselves so we notice their needs and help them get them.
  • My situation

I offer my assistance all the time. Most recently a player started practicing with us at my position in football so I decided to guide him. One of the coaches started testing him and he got almost everything right because of my teaching and if he didn't get those right he would've had to run.
  • Helping others

Helping tigers is very important. It is because people are in need everywhere you look and that person just might be you another time. If it is you then you would want someone to help you.
