It was a battle between the Mexicans and the Texans over a cannon the Mexican government had loaned the Texans of Gonzalez from attack. Some farmers buried the cannon in an apple orchard, and later dug it up, and put a flag over it.

It had first been scheduled on October 16, but many of the delegates had not been able to arrive, so they rescheduled it to November 4, 1835. There, many of the delegates discussed some plans to make Mexico listen to them, and give them more freedoms.

The Texans attacked San Antonio, and tried to make the Mexican officials surrender, and this worried many Mexicans, since the Texans had started to be a real threat.

After a fwe days of battle, the Mexicans were forced to surrender, and the Texans had a victory.

The Mexican Army started to move out, so that they could start to fight harder against the Texas rebels.

This happened, literally, overnight as many of the delegates prepared a speech, and five of them composed a document stating the freedom of Texas.

Due to no reinforcements, the Alamo fell, and everyone died.

In these times, many Texans left their homes in fear that the Mexican soldiers would capture them, and call them traitors, and possibly murder them.
