    Menes wss the leader of Upper Egypt and wanted to finish what a previous leader did, Scorpion, and reunite Egypt. He took his army and invaded Lower Egypt. He took control and married a princess to gain more control over Lower Egypt. He wore a double crown to symbolize the two parts of Egypt Reunited.

After that is the lesser government officials, scribes, craftspeole and merchants. 80% of Egypt population was made up of farmers. Below them were tne slaves and sevants.
