    Old john and the other salves at the Hensen plantation knew about the buying of Virginia slaves.

  • Julily and Mammy Sally heard about the slave trader coming.

    "Oh Lord" she said, "we is needin' your protection now."

  • Mammy Sally told Jullily about Canda

    Canda don't allow no slavery there.
