In ancient times, in the Turkish region there were several ethnicities, one main language, and they were mostly polycystic. Three ethnicities are *HITTITE, *GREEKS, and *PERSIANS(which are located in Iran). The main language spoken was *TURKISH.There religion was the practice of *POLYCYSTIC which is the worship of many gods. -
Christianity was the main religion in the *Byzantine empire (the eastern part of the roman empire) in 395 ce. This is with the Roman ruling After conquering it in 395. -
The *SELJIK TURKS (muslims from Central Asia) invaded the Byzantine empire starting 1040 and defeated them in 1071.This made it now become a muslim religion. -
In today's society, In Turkish there are still several ethnicities, one mane language, and they are *MUSLIM.There ethnicity is *TURKISH (muslim)which involves 60 to 65 million people. However, they started out being *CHRISTIAN when the Romans used to conquer and still 20% of Turkey is Christian. The Language they speak now is *TURKISH which 90% of the 71 million people speak.
