Chapter One
Dill comes to visit for the first time. Mr . Radley passes away. The kids start to get curious about Boo. They start school. Dill goes back home. -
Chapter Two
Summer Starts.Dill comes back. The kids tried to get a note to Boo with a fishing pole. The kids tried to look threw a window at the Radley's house, but got caught. Dill left again and school starts back up. Someone put cement in the hole in the tree. Miss Maudies house catches on fire. -
Chapter Three
Atticus chooses to defend Tom Robinson. Its Christmas time. Scouts uncle comes to visit. They went to Scouts aunts house for christmas dinner. Scout beat up her cousin. Atticus shot the mad dog in the street. Summer came and Dill didn't come to his aunts. The kids went to church with Calpurnia. Scoutrs aunt came to live with them. Dill came back, he was hiding under scouts bed. -
Chapter Six
Tom was shot while climbing the fence to try to escape from the prison. -
Chapter Four
The gang came to the jail to get Tom Robinson. The kids snuck out and went to watch the trial. Tom was found guilty. -
Chapter Five
Bob Ewell spit in Atticus's face and told him he would get him back if it took the rest of his life. -
Chapter Seven
Bob Ewell caused trouble with the judge, and Helen, Tom's widowed wife. -
Chapter Seven
Stout dresses up like a ham for the Halloween pageant. -
Chapter 7
Scout and Jem were attacked in the dark. Someone saved them. -
Chapter Seven
The sheriff came and announced that Bob Ewell was dead under the tree where Scout and Jem had been attacked. -
Chapter Seven
Scout realized Boo was the one who had saved them and saw him for the first time. -
Chapter Eight
It was decided that Bob Ewell had killed himself by falling on his knife. When Boo actually killed him. The sheriff said it wouldn't be right to put a shy man like Boo in the lime light for doing a good deed. Scout said it would be kinda like killing a mocking bird. -
Chapter Eight
Scout walked Boo home and never saw him again
