Joined a rep soccer team known as the Burlington Bayhawks
Once I started playing rep soccer, I loved it! However, there were many times where I experienced role conflict due to this sport. I had practises 3 times a week as well as a game, so I would be busy for four nights a week. I had to juggle my school work and my soccer schedule which was not always easy to do, thus causing me role conflict. Sometimes I would be behind in assignments, or I'd be super tired at school due to late practises which caused me lots of stress because I had so much to do!

Started high school at M.M Robinson
This is where I experienced a bit of role strain. The transition from elementary school to high school was a big change because it was such a different environment from what I was used to. The workload was significantly increased from what I had in elementary school, and I was constantly stressed that I would not be able to juggle my classes efficiently. The demand of a highschool student was a lot at first, which is why I was stressed and why I experienced role strain.

Retire and travel the world with my S.O
I would like to retire when I am 65 years old. The reason why I chose that age is because many people who are also 65, choose to retire at this age as well. Another word for this is "social norm". It is very common for individuals to retire from their job at age 65, which is why it is known to be a social norm. While people may not choose to travel the world with their significant other when they retire, the common denominator is that most people retire at age 65, thus making it a social norm.
