    The Fall of Rome
    The Roman Empire was a very powerful one. But the Romans weren’t good at making friends. Whenever they felt insecure, they believed that offence was the best defence. They conquered everyone around them, the Carthage, the Greeks and the Gauls. The Roman Empire fell at around about AD 476. Some people prefer to say that Rome adapted rather than fell, however many are against it.

    The Aztec Empire
    The Aztec Empire lasted for several centuries. It was founded in the 6th century when the first Nahuatl people settled in Mexico. The Aztec Empire fell in 1525, when Cuauhetemoc, the eleventh king, was hung by the Spaniards.

    The Viking age lasted for approximately 400 years, from the 7th century (when they raided Lindisfarne Monastery) to 1066 (with the battle at Stamford Bridge, the start of the Medieval Era).

    The Black Death was a terrible plague that struck England in 1328 and didn't leave till roughly 1351. It was caused by fleas that infected mice, who in turn infected humuns. In the disease, the victim developed buboes, and their blodd turned black with green scum in it, thus the name.

    The Renaissance marks the end of the Middle Ages. The word 'Renaissence' litterally means 'rebirth' in French. The Renaissence was the time when the Europian countries (specially Freance and Italy) improved in sciene and discovered new ways to make life eaisier.
