    Charles Babbage

    Charles Babbage was an English polymath. Babbage is associated with having invent the first automatic digital computer. In 1830 Babbage developed plans for the Analytical engine. Even though it was never completed, the engine would have had most of the basic elements of the present day computer. This invention have been important for the computer developments and it's history, because it gave the opportunity for scientists to study more of this invention and develop it.
  • Alan Turing

    In 1936 Alan Turing published a paper that is now recognized as the foundation of computer science. Turing studied what it actually meant for a human to follow a specific task. For this he invented the idea of a universal machine that could perform any set of instruction. So his invention was actually important for the history of computing because it gave us the opportunity to use computers that work fast and provide us the information we need.

    Douglas Engelbart made the computer mouse 1964 in stratford university. This made it easier for many people. While using a computer mouse it is much easier to control what you are doing on your computer. This invention was so good so that they have cept developing even more modern computer mouses.

    Bill Gates was co-founder to Microsoft. This invention is very good because Microsoft makes and licencing program products for a number of different computer systems. These are mostly made fore small companies

    Steve Wozniak is an american electronics engineer and computer programmer. In 1976 he together with Steve Jobs invented the Apple computer. Apple have helped to make computers part of everyday life, ushering in the digital revolution and the information age.
