RAM
MIT creates the world's first computer with RAM and real-time graphics. -
Spacewar
Steve Russell and MIT helped create Spacewar, the very first playable computer game. -
Hewlett Packard
In 1966, Hewlett Packard(HP) created the "HP-2115," its first general computer. -
The IBM 5100
In September of 1975, the IBM 5100 was created. This was the first portable computer and weighed 55 lbs with 64 kb of RAM. -
Lisa
Apple creates the "Apple Lisa Computer," the first home computer with a graphic user interface(GUI). -
World Wide Web
On August 6, 1991, the World Wide Web waslaunched to the public. After one year of the the World Wide Web's existence, only about 50 World Wide Web Servers existed. -
