The Lisbon Treaty
The EU meets at Lisbon to agreed a new Treaty.
It should serve as a basis for the 27 member states.
It replaced another treaty that was agreed in 2004 because it was rejected by Fance and the Netherlands -
Treaty became effective
After the Lisbon Treaty hat been changed and shortend, France and the Netherlands agreed.
