Black and White only.

Too poor to own one. Would watch color at my grandparents or my aunts.
-
This is how we listened to the world series at school. I wouldn't own a transistor radio until I was in junior high.
-
Would play this at Skaggs with my boyfriend my junior year of high school.
-
Even though cassettes were around, 8-tracks had better quality. I had this same unit for use in my car and home.
-
I remember selling these after I graduated from high school. The first calculators were expensive and locked up. Texas Instruments were the leader at the time.
-
The first game system my husband and I owned only had a few preloaded games like Pong and tennis. We were thrilled when we bought this unit.

Loved being able to do the dishes and change diapers why I talked on the phone, and no more party lines!

This was the first computer I owned. It was given to me used by a friend. It was later when I bought a 386 that I updated to a 486 and got dial-up that I was in heaven. Nothing like the chat before Windows.
-
The Nokia was the second phone I owned. Loved it because I could change the button covers and change the antenna to a fancy one that flashed when the phone rang.
-
Love this organizing tool. No more bulky day planner. Updated to the Clie two years later and in color.
-
This thing was heavy but necessary at the time since I was attending school on three different campuses. I bought a Cisco card so I could access wireless hotspots.
-
No more carrying both an electronic organizer and phone. I'm still in love with the iPhone.

My first iPad has more storage and is faster the the school issue one. I use it more than my laptop and my phone when I'm at home. Yeah, I'm old and need the bigger screen and I can answer my phone using my iPad.
