    Watt patented the steam engine

    James Watt patented and created his steam engine in 1769. Watt began by creating the steam engine through an atmospheric machine created by Thomas Newcomen and Savery from 1712. Watt created an independent steam engine and years later improved his idea in 1772 with John Roebuck and later in 1774 with Matthew Boulton. This invention was one of the most important in the part of the industry and transport during the industrial revolution

    This event occurred during the French revolution, what happened was the attempt to escape France from the royal family (the most important person was louis XVI), because they were losing the power of royalty. They tried to escape dressed as a Russian family but their escape attempt didn't work and they were caught by the French people.

    The execution of Louis sixteen was one of the most important events of the French revolution, it took place in the plaza de la revolucion. this execution prompted the entry of the Jacobins and Girondins the government which causeed quite a few problems because the Jacobins had revolutionary mentality and were very dangerous

    The Battle of Waterloo was a battle between France led by Napoleon against the Seventh Coalition and Prussian army. the battle took place in the village of Waterloo near belgium and the result of the battle was the defeat of Napoleon. it was also the end of the Napoleonic empire because when he returned to France he was exiled to an island in the Atlantic
