  • Personal Computer

    IMB rolled out their personal computer (PC)., IBM gave personal computers real credibility, since they were a widely trusted reputation, person computers really gained traction at this time. Even though a few years prior lesser-known companies had developed versions of a personal computer

    the cell phone was released by Motorola, with its iconic brick phone. These early versions of the cell phone were bulky, heavy, and very expensive. But with the birth of this new technology came the evolution that became cell phones as we know and love them today.
  • Compact Disc (CD)

    compact discs were created, (CDs). They brought a new kind and quality in the form of digital sound and held over an hour of music . They didn’t require tape, took up less space to store, and were easier to fast forward or rewind. Invented by James Russell. The first CD was created at a Philips factory in Germany.

    the first Gameboy was released by Nintendo. In the 70’s video games had just become popular with simple games such as Pong, Space Invaders, and PacMan. Game Boy was released with new game titles including Tetris and Super Mario Land .The Game Boy proved to be one of Nintendo's greatest launches.
