    Poland invade Russia. this was fought from 1609 to 1618!

    In 1654 Russia invaded Poland, however 13 years later (in 1667) a peace treaty is signed between the countries.

    And finally, in 2000 Vladimir Putin is elected as Russian president and remains in power 19 years later.
