    Egyptian act- If they did not leave the country their property would be confiscated. Roma are first recorded as ‘Egyptians' in England. Gypsies and Travelers were banned from Scotland. these people were known for there traveling and stealing and husling.
  • james pratt and john smith

    two London men who, became the last two to be executed for sodomy in England. they were arrested in August that year after being convicted of having sex in the room of another man, William Bonill. they commited a "crime" back then. he went o jail fo thirteen months for doing that. During jail he had a lot of male visitors.
  • Hebraeorum Gens

    Hebraeorum Gens- one of the most anti-Semitic of all popes. They got expelled from a lot of Italy. “The Jewish people fell from the heights because of their faithlessness and condemned their Redeemer to a shameful death,” Jew's were ordered to depart or be enslaved.
  • Johann de Wettre's execution

    Johann de Wettre, “a maker of small knives,” was told to die at ghent sodomy. de Wette consequently “burned at the pillory next to St. Peter’s” in what appears to be the earliest documented execution of homosexuality in Christian Europe.
