    The king's head is tilted upwards and slightly to the right; his hair falls gracefully over his shoulders. Displaying such characteristics, the sculptor associates Louis XIV with the sun. The gesture symbolizes the ideal monarch that represents, firmness, benevolence, and equity. The bust still remains at Versailles.
    In such way, the bust embodies the greatness of the King as a figure of power.

    "Lord Kitchener Wants you" was a 1914 advertisement by Alfred Leete which was developed into a recruitment poster by the English governement. On the poster, we can see the British Secretary of State for War pointing at the viewer calling him to enlist in the army and fight againt the Central Powers. In a way, this poster is quite significant because it makes people feel directly concern with the events at that time.

    During the event, Hitler was seen as a "Chief", who could unite Germany and at the same time enroll youths in his ideology.
