People in the community naturally become leaders and spokespersons for their community.

Self appointed community leaders begin to fall into corruption, looking out for only themselves.

Citizens realize the corruption is not beneficial to them. They realize that the leaders are only out for themselves. They also realize that their population needs a steadier and more unified government.

Citizens for a unified government, CUG, begin fighting against the Anti-CUG. CUG has organized meetings and protests in the streets. They cry for better representation and less corruption. Buildings are burned, men are tarred and feathered, women and children flee for their lives to the rural areas.

War continues. Both sides are tired but continue fighting even after heavy loss of lives. Anti-CUG present a treaty to CUG. However, they break the treaty instantly, starting a new wave of war.

Nearby government aligns with the CUG in hopes to create a useful government that they can trade with. A government across the Atlantic Ocean sides with the Anti-CUG, hoping that they can take over the continent after the citizens are done killing each other.

CUG with the help of the nearby government is able to overpower the Anti-CUG.

Citizens gather together to discuss potential government ideas to help the new country be successful. Citizens from the CUG and Anti-CUG work together to debate ideas and present various plans. Arguments are often but progress is made.

Anti-CUG and CUG final decide on a constitution. Constitution binds all the citizens together under the country of Nuevo Americano.

Members of the CUG and Anti-CUG become representatives of their communities. They begin to establish laws and three branches of government for division of power.

An election is held to determine the leader of Nuevo Americano. Godfather Ochoa is chosen to be the leader. His successor, Trejo, is chosen to be his successor.

As a newly recognized country, Godfather Ochoa and Trejo are able to establish trade with other nations. Parliament leader Thoutt establishs a court system with the parliament. They also begint to establish laws to benefit the public in regards to morality, taxes and agencies. Numerous members of Parliament travel to other nations to help with trade negotiations.
