HIV EMR
The HIV EMR system was introduced in 2001 and operational at all ZL (Haiti) health facilities until 2022. It was an invaluable tool for our many HIV patients and funders. Data entry clerk transcribe lengthy paper forms into this EMR which pre-dates OpenMRS. Custom web-based EMR specifically built for HIV patients. -
ZL OpenMRS (MIrebalais)
Record every patient provided with care and treatment at the University Hospital in Mirebalais. Used at Outpatient, Emergency, Inpatient, Surgery, Women’s Health, Radiology, Dental, etc) and data entered at point-of-care (patient registration, patient check-in, clinical consult, vitals, radiology orders, PACS integration, surgery, chemotherapy, appointment scheduling, drug dispensing, etc). Additions for NCD, mental health, ED triage, oncology, insurance, and medical procedures. -
ZL OpenMRS (Mental Health)
At HUM, Thomonde, and Lacolline, Mental health patient assessments is recorded directly into the ZL EMR. For other ZL health facilities, OpenMRS is installed on the laptops of the Mental Health staff. This is necessary because internet is unavailable at those facilities. On a monthly basis, the laptops are brought to a centralized location with internet for data export and backups. Same software as PIH EMR. -
ZL OpenMRS (Lacolline + Thomonde)
ZL EMR at Thomonde and Lacolline health centers, with additional functionality for primary care. Lacolline, Thomonde, and Mirebalais share the same software, but with some features toggled on/off. 60K patients were migrated from Lacolline V1 to the Lacolline ZL EMR (2016). OpenMRS RefApp 1.10. -
endTB OpenMRS
endTB observation study for ZL and GHESKIO MDR patients. Uses Bahmni and cloud based server. -
NCD OpenMRS
Adult and pediatrics NCD for Lacolline, Thomonde, and University Hospital (Mirebalais). Other health facilities and Echocardiogram added later. -
Sante Fanm OpenMRS
Starting with the J9 project at University Hospital (Mirebalais), the MCH EMR has expanded to all Women's Health visits (Prenatal, postpartum, family planning, and Ob/Gyn) and other ZL health facilities. -
HIV OpenMRS
Migration of patients from the legacy HIV EMR to OpenMRS.
