  • Kick-Off Personaized Learning

    Teachers will look at current programs being used.

  • Vet Effective Programs

    Teachers will vet effective computer programs.

  • Math and ELA Program chosen

    Teachers will select 1 program for each area and these will be used to establish baselines for each student.

  • 1st Assessments

    All students will be assessed in ELA and Math to create baselines.

  • Disaggregate Data

    Teachers will disaggregate data and establish Individual Goals for each student i each area.

    On-Going Assessments

    Teachers will administer on-going assessments to monitors student progress towards goals.

    Monitor Students

    Teachers will continually monitor each student and meet them to provide them updates on their Individualized Learning.

  • Debrief and Evaluate

    Teachers will debrief with admin and evaluate the effectiveness of the Individualized Learning Plans. Focus will be on improving the process for 2019-2020.
