Night Routine for Better Sleep

By AbdelK
  • Prepare your room

Make sure your room is dark, and set to a slightly cold temperature to promote good sleep.
  • Read book

Reading a book can help you fall asleep, just make sure the book isn't to entertaining; boring subjects might work best.
  • Decide on a set bed time

Keep your bed/wake up times consistent throughout the week, and allow enough sleep each night.
  • Stay away from blue light

Try and put devices away at least 30 minutes before bedtime (90 minutes for best results).
  • Have light snack

This will help promote good sleep by keeping you satiated through the night.
  • Write in journal

This will put all the ideas you have in your head on paper so you can have an empty mind while trying to sleep.
