The Best Day Ever!
This is the day I, Jordan Kirven, was born and am an infant in my mom's arms. -
First Time Breastfeeding
I was born on Saturday at 2:30pm and that day was my mom's very first time breastfeeding. She said it did hurt, but the experience was wonderful. -
A Few Months
My mom breastfed me up to 10 months. She then weined me to the bottle and then to a sippy cup. I drunk mostly Apple Juice -
My Own Movements
I was able to hold up my head on my own and I started crawling for the first time. -
Baby's First Steps
I took my first steps 11 months after I was born and I walked around a lot. Also my mom let me watch TV most of the time because cartoons would always keep me quiet. -
1 Year Old
I was drinking from my Apple Juice, walking and my mom entered my in a Nursery. I stayed there until I started Kindergarden at 5 years old -
Potty Time
At 2 years old I was potty trained. -
Kindergarden
My first day of Kindergarden and I'm 5 years old now. My teacher was Ms. Nelson and she was so nice. I learned my Abc's and Kindergarden was one of my favorite times -
2nd Grade
Ms. Johnson was my teacher and this is where my met Malik, one of my childhood friends and still friends to this day. My bro has always had my back. -
3rd Grade
Our summer vacation got cut short a month so instead of going back in September, we went back in August and unfortunately it stayed that way. I was so mad that year -
Tony The Principal
To improve test scores, our principal announced that if majority of the students make A's on a test then she would dress up in a tiger suit and dance around on the roof of the school. After the test, all students and faculty went outside and she started dancing! -
5th Grade
My teacher was Ms. Sudler and she was the coolest teacher during Elementary School. This year i went to Malik's house, met his family and for dinner, I had Jamaican rice, Jerk chicken, and Ox Tail for the first time. It was very good -
Last Day of Elementary
I chilled over Malik's house after school, but I cried on the bus ride home though. I was sad that I was leaving Redan Elementary -
First Day of Middle School
I thought middle school would have more priveledges then elementary, but I was wrong. All my classes were right down the hall so they were close. Plus we had more work to do. -
Another Bro
I met Martin Mendez, another close friend, in the 6th grade. Had good times hanging out with him, Malik, and others. Just like Malik, I can always count on him. -
First Girlfriend
My first girlfriend was Jasmine Allen and we dated majority of 6th grade. She broke up with me and it was a boring relationship now that I think about it. -
Trouble At School
During the 1st semester of 7th grade, there were many fights for some reason. Some in the hallways and a couple in the bathrooms. Probably the most fighting all year. -
National Obama Day
When Barack Obama got elected for his first term as President, I told everyday that it was National Obama and I didn't go to school. -
Terrible Class
In Mr. Griffith's, we decided to be dumb and loud by having book fights. Kids would take workbooks and throw them around the room. It was fun at the time and created good memories. -
Going Out Wild
Before leaving the school, the 8th graders started multiple food fights and we almost got our Field Day canceled. Food flying everywhere and the cafeteria was trashed -
1st Day of High School
I loved going to lunch without my teacher and the freedom in the hallways. Plus the food was better the middle school. We HAD cheese fries, 6 hot wings, more nachos, etc. -
Ms. Humphrey's Class
Ms. Humphrey was one of my favorite teachers. She would threaten to write me up everyday because some friends and I couldnt stop talking and playing. She didn't mean it, but it was funny. -
Sophomore Homecoming
Homecoming was fun that year. Plenty of dancing, laughing, and eating all the food. -
Section Leader
After going to Leadership Camp during the summer for band, Martin and I became the new Trombone Leaders for 2011 and 2012. -
First Love
My first love was and still is Jasmine Sumlin. She's such a unique girl and has helped me grow. She's stubborn, beautiful, and even though we've been friends since 9th grade, she still gets me nervous sometimes. Its amazing what one person can do to you. -
Junior Homecoming
That was a special night with my girlfriend at the dance. Even though I wasn't single, I still had a great time. -
Senior Year
First day back at school as a senior. Head of the school and loving it. -
First Acceptance
I got accepted to Bethune- Cookman University! -
Senior Homecoming
Still wild and turnt up. My last high school homecoming was worth and was going through a crossroads at that time. I have no regrets. -
My 18th Birthday
I'll finally be 18 years old and will be getting my driver's license -
Senior Prom
Last Prom of high school and I hope it's one to remember. I already know who I want to go with. -
Graduation Day
The day has come for high school to end and college to begin. I hope to attend Tennessee State University and major in Computer Science -
First Day at TSU
Checking out the large campus and my dorm room. My new life begins here. -
Start Saving Account
On my 19th birthday, I know that I'll have a job on campus so I every paycheck I want to save $20 for the future. -
Fraternity Life
I plan to pledge Alpha Phi Alpha at TSU, but chances I might pledge Kappa Alpha Psi -
Graduate From TSU
I will earn my BA degree in Computer Science and now i'll start working on my Master's. -
Master's Obtained
After 4 more years of education, I'll be 26 years old and have obtained my Master's degree and become a Computer Programmer. -
Sony
With my experience, I hope to work for a major company (preferably Sony) in designing games or special programs for future computers and tablets -
Marriage
I hope to get married around my early 30s so my career and cash flow will be stable. If that occurs sooner then ok and I want to make sure my wife is ready. -
Honeymoon
I want to honeymoon in Italy or Spain because I hear certains spots there are very romantic and special -
House and Kids
I want kids around age 33 so I won't be old while my kids are growing up. I want to be able to play with them and be a good father -
Children Are Born
Since their conception date was in April, I hope they're born in January just like their father. I preferably want 2 boys, but if I do receive a girl then that's fine too. I just know those teen years are going to be a mess. -
First Day of Kindergarden
I'll be 39 years old and we'll be sending our lil kids off to kindergarden. I'll make sure to keep pictures and memories -
Family Time
I'll make playing to go to Disney Land because I've never been and also for the little ones. I hear it's a good experience. -
10 Years Later
When my wife are in our early 50s, our children will be teenagers( 15-16 years olds) and we'll be advising them about college and tips to help them mature. -
Old Age
Now we're 65 and 66 years old, we expect out children to help us out if we become incapable of doing it ourselves. -
Retirement Fund
Since I put $20 a week in a saving account and let it mature. 46 years later, I'm pretty sure my wife and I have a good thousands of dollars to retire on. Plus our paychecks....Yeah, we set. -
72 Years of Happiness
Our kids will be adults now (age 38-39) and throughout my life, my wife and I will eat healthy and exercise so even at this age we'll still be fit. I'll even remind her that age is just a number, she'll always be gorgeous. -
Farewell
I want to be alive with my family as long as I can and still be able to function by myself, but if the wants me to come then I guess it's my time. -
