Scientists created this new map from the data obtained by three NASA spacecrafts: the Mars Global Surveyor, Mars Odyssey, and Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter. This map shows gravity of Mars, allowing people to see inside this planet, meanwhile leaving great place for future Mars exploration. Also, the high resolution of these images help us understand the formation of specific regions of the planet.
