Create focus groups to discuss the vision of the project and ideas for best way to implement it.

Present vision of makerspaces for STEAM in the district and recruit staff to be on the Makerspace STEAM committee.

Present project timeline to committee. Assign duties to members. Discuss stafffing, hours, and locations for makerspaces.

Meet with the committee to discuss progress and what else needs to be done upon return from summer break. Review timeline and update as needed.

Check in with committee regarding progress and what else needs to be done prior to opening day.

Roll out the program. Have each site participate in the event together via webcam. Thank all committee members, staff, and the community for making the project a reality. Discuss what's available, hours, and staffing for each site.
