Look at space needed in the school site. Goal is to see if the lab can be supported at the school site. See if shelves are needed to hold the materials.

Include stakeholders such as budgeting team and Lead Teachers. Develop vision and look at what to teach in order to gather supplies and materials needed.

Revisit with Teachers recruited for STEAM LAB. Discuss possible ideas, and curriculum for STEAM LAB.

Teacher Training to support implementation of STEAM at school site. Additionally look into professional development and conference lead teachers can attend.

Talk with Lead Teachers so they can begin to discuss ideas with staff on trainings attended. Also Set opening day to begin Maker space STEAM LAB

Begin to purchase materials to create Maker space lab.

Open Maker space STEAM LAB for teachers and students to use. Invite students families and community members.
