    The email was created in 1965 as a way for people to communicate over the internet, however I did not find any specific dates as to when it became available to universities and the Government. In 1994 only 3% of classrooms had access to the internet however in 2002 it jumped to 92%.

    Steve Wazniak invented the Apple I computer in 1976, however he ran the first prototype for it on June 29, 1975. The computers were sold for $666.66/
