    Preventative health care: As a dancer you are putting a lot of strain on your body; don't stretch yourself too thin and listen to your body; use common sense

    Heathy diet: now that time has passed I hope you know how to make dumplins for chicken and dumplins without me; no cheese blocks; still take your vitamins; we don't want your health to dip again so stay away from coffee
    Physical activity: ride horses; do yoga; run; hike; do everything you've ever wanted to do; get a job you actually like
    Preventative health care; no coconuts; be careul because you're still going to be totally spunky but your body might not be up for it

    Healthy eating: Body is close to fully matured now so you need to take excellent care of your body since you are still dancing and want your career to go past this decade
    Physical activity: Still dancing but take up some more yoga to keep yourself relaxed and pleasant to be around
    Preventative health care: Just because you've been doing this for a while doesn't mean you get cocky; still listen to your body and only get with dance partners you trust

    Preventative health care: maybe go sky diving now but bring your insurance you crazy mess; don't push yourself too far

    Physical activity: You probably aren't performing anymore but you can still dance; teach a dance class; take yoga; see if you have more time for horseback riding; GO OUTSIDE
    Preventative health care: listen to your body even more; use common sense and don't do someting stupid

    Preventative health care: vitamins and real food will help; don't be a moron; be cautious of your heath; listen to your body
