  • 2.1 Oxidative Damage

Oxidative Damage makes you appear older by having the free radicals form quickly that your cells and tissues can't keep up with.
You do not want to appear old quick?! Me and the team of mad scientists have decided on this type of intervention that has to start when you are at the age of 18, which is just at the start of your adulthood! To have a injection treatment that is filled with anti-antioxidants to provide a battle against wrinkles!!
  • 1.1 The Beginning

I have set this date because that was the day I turned 21, and I feel that it perfectly describes the beginning of my adulthood. I can order drinks now! I also am starting solo trips to places that I want to go to, so I would say that adulting right now is not so bad! My normative age-graded event, I have decided to pick the biological clock - my hair! My hair used to be extremely bright blonde, close to white and as I get older, my hair has shifted to the darker blonde side.
  • 2.3 My Current Healthy Lifestyle

My current lifestyle is moderately healthy. I eat a lot of fruit, but I do not eat it everyday but I really should because it is my most favorite thing ever. I do not eat a lot of vegetables and that is not a good thing, I need to improve in that area. I have been great with working out but I relapsed into that "no motivation" phase again- I am trying to get back into it. I do not smoke. I do not binge drink. I do not eat as much junk food anymore. I DO use sunscreen everyday- a must!!
  • 2.2 Genetic Limits

DNA genetic code is far more advanced than the computer technology that we have nowadays... Are you worried if your DNA is too limited and is only able to duplicate a few times?!
We have set up an opposite radiation process where we will send in a shrunken submarine to cruise around in your body and to regulate the duplication of the cells! This must happen when you are 40 and half.
This will help you to have a versatile DNA set instead of the pure-breed one that makes you worry constantly!
  • 2.4 Potential Consequences of my Lifestyle

The potential consequence of my lifestyle is most definitely cancer. One main reason why would be regarding my family's history, mainly women, they have gotten cancer one way or another. That is one huge concern, I need to be more healthy and eat healthier. I have to stop eating processed food, microwavable foods, and I need to eat more fruits/vegetables and reduce meat intake. I have been trying to do that but it is so hard to do it overnight.
