The first two years: 0-2
• Biosocial: I slept a lot, I had liked certain foods and only wanted them and did not want to try anything new
• Cognitive: first words: “sit down” and “dada” at 6 months first steps: 1 year

Early Childhood: 2-6
• Biosocial: had to be “tricked” in to eating healthy, was told everything was chicken
• Cognitive: learned to share, how to play with others, repeated what I heard a lot
• Psychosocial: day care: 4 obedient, loved to play, liked attention -

Middle Childhood: 6-11
• Biosocial: starting playing all sports very young, dad was soccer player then coach so I was exposed to that a lot at a very young age, started to play on teams when I was 4
• Cognitive: started to acquire skills in sports, learned how to be a teammate, how to be on a team
• Psychosocial: started to think of myself as an athlete, always wore athletic clothes, started to play premier soccer and travel baseball so it was my life, when I was not in school I was playing socc -

• Cognitive: religion, technology, beginning high school
• Psychosocial: identity (athlete), peer pressure -

• Biosocial: healthy eating, why?
• Cognitive: college education, learning at the next level
• Psychosocial: friendships (old from hs and new ones in college) -

• Biosocial: inactivity (after college is over and no more athletics)
• Cognitive: still learning (ba done now on to masters)
• Psychosocial: marriage, employment, change -

• Biosocial: wear and tear (fear)
• Cognitive: still being able to connect and talk and think with family (fear)
• Psychosocial: social connections, activities (a hobby I will die doing) -
