    This made cotton cheaper and have a greater availability. It also helped the cotton industry in the south grow but caused more problems with slaves picking cotton seeds.

    It made production become faster, repairs easier and cheaper, and decreased the need for sklilled labor.

    The canal opened up Ohio for transportation of farm products and development and also made westward expansion easier.

    It allowed you to talk to someone on the other side of the country and made commuication easier and faster.

    The Railroad connected th Atlantic to the Pacific or in other words connected the East coast of the US to the west coast.
    This improved the transportation of goods and people people would be able to connect, travel, and move to the west.
