    It was the first machine to improve the spinning wheel. Invented by James Hargreaves. By improving the speed of spinning wheel, pepole could finish their job more quicker.
  • Spinning Mule

    Samuel Crompton invented. It allowed for greater control over the weaving process. Weaving process went by faster becaue of this invention.
  • Textile to America

    Samuel Slater brought textile machinery to America. American industry improved thier technique and got close to European countries.
  • Cotton Gin

    Eli Whitney invented it. It automatically separated cottonseed from the short-staple cotton fiber. It made the job more quicker and more efficiently than doing that with bare hands.
  • Jacquard Loom

    Joseph Marie Jacquard invented it. It could create weave complex designs. Poeple could make more creative and better looking, more modern designs by using this loom.
  • Steamboats

    Robert Fulton made it. The paddle wheel was powered by engine. It moved 5 miles per hour. This was significant becasue it made it easier to transport. Wich means, it helped the economic.

    Nicephore Niepce invented it. Before this, people had to trace abd paint teh picture to preserve it. Photographs helped us now to know how the life was back then more accurately.

    William Sturgeon created it. It could lift 9 pounds weight with 7 ounce electricmagent. This invention helped poeple lift stuff more easily. It might have taken some people's job.

    In 1830s, the railroads were introduced to U.S.. Although, different websites says different years about this. At first, it only went slow and short distance. Railroads also helped to transport and helped the economy by allowing to inport and export more easly.

    Samuel F. B. Morse invented it. It allowede people to recieve messages quiceker, but only certain people could receive the messages. It made it easier for poeple to communicate. They didn't have to wait to recieve letters to the other anymroe

    Elisha Otis created it. The safety break was for elevators, which was invented in the same year. It made people trust more abou televators. It prevented death from falling elevators.
  • Synthetic Dye

    William Perkin invented it. It allowed people to dye their kilt or clothes and made it look more coloful. By dying kilts, it made them look more modern and it was the first step to invent how to dye kilts.

    Alfred Nobel created it. It made it easier for poeple to build roads or conquire more lands. Less danger for people who makes roads, and less stress on them as well.

    Alexander Graham Bell patented it. Poeple could communicate with someone who is not close to them. Mroe people coudl communicate, and it made it easier to do their jobs for some people
  • Light Bulbs

    Thomas Edison developed a light bulb, but not invent them. The bulbs lasted longer than gas lights that people were using before. Poeple could work till later, or do whatever they wanedt to do after the sun was down.
