    Introduce the leadership team to the benefits of project based learning, the research and compare to current practices. Project based learning will be written into the plan as an instructional strategy to use within one core subject.

    Staff development at the beginning of the school school will include the benefits of integrating technology with project based learning. Each grade level will plan their implementation plan and turn it in to grade level team leader.

    Use a half day release day with leadership team to assess implementation of project based learning using technology, if need be, bring in instructional coaches to assist in any needs that grade levels might be encountering with this teaching strategy.

    Teachers will have students present their project to the class using technology. Teacher will assess by identifying the five components of project based learning and allowing students to reflect on their own learning.
