Coming to America
Today was going to be the day when everything changed, my brothers and I were on a boat on our way to America. The picture you see here is a phot of our family before we left Ireland. -
Starting Our New Life
My brothers Shamus and Rory got jobs working Lord knows were while I'm stuck working at a factory all day. I hate working at the factory! I have no clue what I'm doing half the time. I'm used to being outside in a big feil working on a potato farm! Don't even get me started about how much I hat my boss. -
Trouble in Paradise
Don't get me wrong, besides the horrible job America has been great. Allthough, today has been the worst day yet. My brother Shamus has become ill.With Shamus not working, and Rory and I sucking at our jobs, we dont have enough money to get a doctor and pay the rent. I only hope Shamus can make it through the winter. -
One Down Two To Go
Shamus has passed away. Rory and I need to find a place to live. We had a small funeral, with a few of Shamus' firends, Rory and myself. Rory is now my legal gardian. -
Moving West
Rory has decide we shall homestead in the wast and start our very own potato farm! -
Things Are Looking Up
Rory andI are sttled down on our new potato farm in Ohio, whith Rory's new wife Rosmry, who is also Irish. America is great! I love my Life here and wouldn't change it for a thing!
