Gilgamesh is important, because it teaches us some morals like friendship and immortality. Gilgamesh was devostated when he found out his only friend/brother, Enkidu, died. He realized after that he wanted immortality but during the journey of finding immortality he realized it doesn't matter anymore. -

Moses was a first born son in Egypt. He told the Pharoah to let his people go, but the Pharoah did not and his people recieved many punishments. The Angel of Death came and killed every first born son unless they a lamb's blood on their door. The Pharoah's son had to pay for it and finally the Pharoah gave up. -
