The teacher gets mad at scout because she doesn't understand the ways of Maycomb. Scout gets mad at Walter for getting her in trouble and atthe teacher for embarassing her. -

Stories or Boo Radley spread, Jem, Dill, and Scout get curious and checks out his house. His brother fired a shot and they ran away. -
3.
Jem looses his pants, later he goes to retrive them and finds them folded up neatly by the fence. He relizes that Boo had done that and wonders why would someone so mean do something like that for him. -
4.
When someones house catches on fire Scout says she is cold. Without Scout noticing Boo slips on a blanket over her shoulders. -
5.
Jem reads to an old lady who he thinks is mean and later finds out that he was sick and died. At first he did not like her but he learns to respect her and her oppinoins. -
6.
Tom Ribinson gets accused by Bob Ewell. Even though Atticus knows this could be dangerous he takes the case to defend Tom. -
7.
A mob goes looking for Tom but Atticus wont let that happen. Jem and Scout come along and Scout stops them, even though she doesn't relize what is happening. -
8.
Tom was accused guilty even though he is innocent. Ewell stops Atticus at the post office corner, spat in his face, then told him he would get him even if it took the rest of his life. -
9.
Meanwhile Jem is crushed that Tom is guilty and can't really comrehend why. Tom tries to escape jail and gets killed. -
10.
Ewell tries to kill the children but Boo helps them. When Scout sees him she is not frightened but happy to finnaly meet him. Atticus and Heck decide that Bob Ewell had killed himself.
