Continue to get excited about implementing new healthy devisces into your everyday life (you will thank yourself in 30 years). Continue to schedule yearly check-ups as a preventative measure and also to hold yourself accountable for your health. Do not let your job completely absorb you, make sure that you have a healthy social life. Continue religous practiices.

If you do have a midlife crisis, it better be a health craze! Eat healthy, don't think it doesn't matter anymore. You still have half (maybe more) of your life ahead of you! Continue regular exercise and doctor's visits.

Cook dinner yourself using fresh, nonprocessed ingredients. Continue to exercise in some way everyday (I suggest swimming). Schedule and attend your yearly check ups as health preventative measure. Conitue religous activity.
