    Health in your 20s
    You should eat a healthy diet by eating mostly natural foods and make sure to get enough protein, calcium, and potassium. You should also exercise and get enough sleep. You should do weight-bearing exercising and running in order to reduce your risk for osteoporosis. You should avoid drugs and smoking and always drink in moderation. You should wear sunscreen to prevent skin cancer and avoid tanning beds. You should go to the doctor, gynecologist and other doctors if you have any concerns.
  • Health in your 30s

    Health in your 30s
    You should maintain a healthy weight in order to prevent obesity, diabetes, heard disease, arthritis, and some types of cancer. You should also maintain a healthy diet with many fruits and veggies, whole grains, and lean protein, iron, folic acid, calcium, potassium, and fiber. You should do aerobic weight-bearing activities every day. You should avoid smoking, drugs, and overusing alcohol. You should go to the dentist, have an eye exam, and make sure you are up to date on all your screenings.

    Health in your 40s
    In order to stay healthy in your 40s you should exercise every day by doing low impact exercise. It can also help you manage your stress. You should also eat right by maintaining a balanced diet with plenty of vitamins, lean proteins, and fruits and veggies. You should go to the doctor at least every 2 to 3 years, continue going to the dentist, have an eye exam and blood pressure screening, cholesterol screening, diabetes screening, immunizations, and skin exams, and other screenings.

    You should maintain a healthy diet by cutting down on sodium intake and getting plenty of lean protein, fruits, veggies, whole grains, and vitamins. You should stay active by getting at least 30 minutes of exercise a day. This can be done by doing low impact exercises such as jogging and swimming that can reduce your risk for heart disease and osteoporosis. You should go to the doctor every 2 years and go to the dentist every year, blood pressure and cholesterol screening, and other screenings.
  • Health in your 60s

    Health in your 60s
    You should exercise at least 30 minutes per day by doing something that is low impact so that you will not injure yourself. You should maintain a healthy diet with lots of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meats, and low fat dairy products. You should continue going to your doctor as well as getting an annual flu vaccine, blood pressure screening, bone density test, breast exam and mammogram, colonoscopy, dental, rectal and eye exams, blood glucose and pap tests, pelvic exams, and vaccines.
