Negroes are Now Declared Property

The slaves are not able to go outside unless its probably for work and they dont get treated like regular people. They are getting more fear worked into them by the white men andd they are loosing their control over themselves. -
The End of Diminishing Progress
By this time slaves have lost more freedom than gained, and can't escape the place they live now. Their friends and family will not be able to leave. The white men are just making a trap for all slaves to obey and white men to be the offical rullers of negroes. Where will history pick up next?
