    Economic event. US fought for their independence from Britains rule.The declaration of Independence was signed on the 4th of July in Philadelphia, PA.

    The countries involved were the Ottoman empire, Germany, and Austria-Hungary. It was a political/military alliance. The Ottoman Empire wanted to regain lost terrritories, and they were fighting against France, Russia, and Great Britain. (WWI)

    This type of devolution was both political and economic. Czechoslovakia broke into the Czech Republic and Slovakia. They decided to brake apart because if they both joined the EU (Europian Union) seperately, they would gain more money and economical support.

    An event due to culture. The countries created were Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekastan, Turmenistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhistan, and Kyrgystan. There ethnic differences, and communism, split tthem apart into the countries listed above during 1991.

    (Palistine Liberation Organization)The regions associated with this political alliance were Israel, the west bank, and the gaza strip. They sought to establish an independent state for Palestinians.

    (Islamic Confrence Organization)The countries involved were Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, Iraq, parts of Africa, and many more. They were a cultural alliance that wanted to promote Islamic solidarity by using social, economic, cultural activities. They also wanted to eliminate segrigation and discrimination.
