John McCarthy invented artificial intelligence, or AI, is intelligence which is demonstrated by machines, or in this case, computers instead of human intelligence input.
-
Jack Kilby, Robert Noyce, and Masatoshi Shima invented the integrated circuits which are a set of electronic circuits on one small flat piece of semiconductor material that is normally silicon.
