In 1999, the 20-year-old joined the Slednecks crew, where he showcased his talents in the film Slednecks 3, opening the door to his career as a professional snowmobiler. Chris’ success on a sled helped pioneer the sport of snowmobile freestyle. -

Winter Xgames
Chris pushed the sport of snowmobiling so far he learned how to back flip a snowmoile two weeks before Winter X. He landed the flip and earned himself a nickname BIG AIR BURANDT. -

For the past four years Chris has been a announcer/analyst at Winter X held at Aspen Colorado. -
Long jump
For the past 2 years Chris has taken part in long jump on his snowmobile. Chris was eliminated first last year and placed second the year before. Chris says it is differnt from going from a long track to a short track. -
Backcountry snowmobiling
Chris has pioneered the sport of snomobiling. Many people think he has made his own riding style (I am one of them) and caoght the eye of people.
