Met Raul and Fidel Castro. Joined the revolutionary movement to overthrow Batista’s government in Cuba.

Guevara and Castro brothers fled into the Cuban hills after getting attacked.

Batista sent forces into the Cuban hills to eliminate rebels and lost.

The rebels entered the Cuban capital, Havana and started to set up a new government.
