While you have a job get a master's degree in learning and behavior analysis this master's degree gives you the requirements to be behavior specialists in a school. -
You are now a Behavior Specialist!
Now that you are a behavior specialist use your education to create behavior plans for students to help them enter the mainstreams for society and impact their lives. -
Job hunting
Because you are already a teacher you might have connections in your establishment and could find Behavior specialist positions for the district you already work for if not find job openings. -
