    Cuneiform first invented by Sumerians of Mesopotamia. It is a form of writing on clay to tell stories using pictographs and "word concepts". It was later abandoned when the alphabet came.

    Second dynasty of china. Many cultural advances during this time. Bronze casting, the calendar, religious rituals, and writing were created.

    Longest lasting dynasty. There is two time periods for it. Western Zhou (1046-771 BCE) and Eastern Zhou (770-256 BCE).
