    On this day, the U.S. made it illegal for one to be prosecued by the officials of one state into another. They also made it illegal for people to be pursued out of the United states by the united states' government. This amendment was made and ratified because it stops people from suing other states.     Since feb. 26, 1869, no matter you race, gender, or age, (as long as you are 18!) you have the right to vote. Congress has the ability to inforce this right. They do not have the power to take this away from you. This Amendment is another important stap towards equality at this piont. For more info:

    Once you have turned eighteen, you can freely vote, as long as you are a U.S. citizen. Nobody can take this right away from you if you are an adult. Not even congress has the power to remove your voting privilages. Neither can your vote be denied by the government as long as you are eighteen.This impacted young adults all over the U.S..     All alcohol is banned in the U.S.. It is lillegal to ship, receive, own, consume, or import alcohol to the U.S.This largely impacted the U.S. and trading. In fact, it impacted it so much so, that it was repealed later on and never reconsidered. For more info:

    Slavery is officially banned in the United states. If you want somebody to work for you, you must pay them at least the minimum wage per hour for it to be legal. This Amendment was placed to enforce equality among all people, even from other places. This had a huge impact on southerners, who relied on slaves to do work on the frams. For more info:
