During 1450, The triangular trade starts. the triangular trade was when 3 places trade items for other items. Some of the main items they traded was tobacco and Slaves. -
Roanoke Island
Governor John white left his Island to go somewhere and on his way back, he got stuck in a war. Three years later, he returned and The colony was abandoned. All that was left was a tree that had the word "Croatian" carved on it. -
Starving Time
The starving time started in 1604. It was a really hard time for the 13 colonies. The starving time was when over 80 percent of people who lived in the colonies either died of disease or starvation. -

The triangular trade ended. Now slaves aren't being traded anymore. There were still slaves, But they weren't traded through the triangular trade. So now the traingular trade is don. -

When the colonies signed the declaration of independence, all of the americas declaimed their independence from England. Independence was won by the revolutionary war. and then the colonies became the united states of america. -

During 1777, the 13 colonies finally got their own flag. It was know as the american flag. It only had 13 stars because there was only 13 colonies. It was called the american flag because in 1777 the 13 colonies was called the americas. -
6 million africans were taken to ammericans as slaves
During the 1900, Over 6 MILLION Africans were taken to america to be slaves. The Americas traded dry goods for human slaves. Then the Americans would use the slaves to do work, the female slaves would do things such as cook and mend, and men would hunt and fish.
